I'll never turn down the chance to tell a good story.
In my competitive figure skating career I wrote pages of backstory for each program; I had to know, when I was on the ice, the story I was trying to tell. It's why I've always been drawn to Literature and theatre, and now to podcasting and content creation. There's so much opportunity to layer story arcs between individual episodes, promotional images, video clips, supplemental materials, and more. After teaching English for over a decade (with plenty of stories to tell from that career), I transitioned into full time Content Creation and Marketing Strategy. I'm looking forward to all the stories to tell in this new chapter and beyond. |
